Proficy HMI/SCADA – iFIX 4.0
This new tool enables users to browse data sources (PLCs and/or PLC Programs), identify variables and data structures, then automatically configure a driver for communications. iFIX Process Database blocks enable signal conditioning and alarming with no typing required. Connecting to PLC data sources is simple and error free, requiring no more than a few mouse clicks. The discovery from a Siemens Step 7 program file is delivered on the iFIX 4.0 product CD. Additional discovery options will be delivered as part of HMI/SCADA productivity packs and on the GlobalCare support site. |
